If you want coaching but not the price of private sessions, this coaching option is for you! You will benefit from a variety of ideas and feedback, receive support, informational resources and contacts. You can participate as much or as little as you choose. You will receive weekly professional coaching with me for 4 weeks. I will share with you my personal and professional insights from choosing to follow my heart and pursue my own ideal life!

In this four week workshop beginning February 6 you will be inspired and learn how to:

Identify the areas in your life you want to change
Get clear on what you want
Begin to align your behaviours with your ideal picture
Be challenged to trust yourself and protect your ideal picture
Become aware of self-destructive, self-defeating old patterns
Learn about your life purpose and how to use it to align your behaviour.
Develop an action plan to achieve your goals for 2012!

In addition to the one hour teleseminars each Monday evening from 8:30pm – 9:30pm EST, you will have access to:
